Health and Safety Coordinator (Customer Portals, Data & Drug/Alcohol and Compliance) Location: HOUSTON, TX FLSA Class: EXEMPT Reports To: Manager, Health & Safety Programs & Systems Position Summary: The HSE Coordinator provides administrative, technical, and operational support across key Health and Safety areas, with primary responsibility for customer compliance portals, safety data management and analysis, and Drug & Alcohol program administration. This role manages multiple compliance systems, maintains accurate, actionable safety data, and ensures that contractor and workforce requirements are consistently met across all operations. The Coordinator serves as a central point of contact between field teams, leadership, customers, and third-party vendors, ensuring alignment, and timely execution of HSE processes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: HSE Systems & Data Management Maintain and support safety databases and compliance platforms Track and report site hours and compliance metrics across platforms Manage employee rosters, qualifications, and safety records Compile, analyze, and distribute data for executive reporting and Health and Safety management reviews Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting across all systems Contractor & Compliance Program Management Manage contractor and vendor compliance requirements across multiple customer platforms (such as IS Networld) Coordinate onboarding, qualification tracking, and compliance verification Interface with clients and third-party systems to ensure alignment with contractual Health and Safety requirements Support audit readiness and compliance documentation across all programs Drug & Alcohol Program Administration Support administration of the Drug & Alcohol (D&A) program, including random, post-incident, and reasonable suspicion testing Coordinate testing logistics with clinics, vendors, and internal teams Maintain accurate and compliant records in accordance with regulatory requirements Assist with reporting and analysis of D&A program metrics Ensure proper documentation retention and audit readiness PPE & Vendor Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for safety and training suppliers with safety-related vendors Ensure availability of PPE across all operations Coordinate procurement, resolve supply issues, and support standardization efforts Monitor vendor performance and support continuous improvement Administrative & Operational Support Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor documentation (including safety equipment purchases) Assist in the preparation of Health and Safety reports and presentations Interface with team members, employees, management, vendors, and clients on Health and Safety matters Escalate issues, identify gaps, and recommend practical solutions to leadership Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives Other Requirements: 3+ years of experience in Health and Safety or related compliance program Experience with all customer and compliance platforms (such as IS Networld) Strong data management, reporting, and organizational skills Working knowledge of Drug & Alcohol program administration, including DOT compliance requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: Experience in oil & gas, construction, transportation, or industrial operations Experience supporting audits, contractor compliance, or client-driven Health and Safety programs The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this classification.
