You will be the Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor - Level 3 for the Manufacturing Operations team which is responsible for overseeing multiple functional areas, including finishes/LO coatings and subassembly.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for creating daily crew plans that meet quality, cost, and schedule targets while managing a unionrepresented workforce.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute daily crew schedules to achieve performance goals for quality, cost, and schedule.
  • Assign job tasks, track labor charges, and oversee training and performance of unionrepresented employees.
  • Coordinate activities across finishes/LO coatings and subassembly functions to ensure seamless production flow.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and proactively addressing hazards.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and implement corrective actions to continuously improve productivity.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN -This position is located at a facility that requiresspecial access.

Experience with Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel.

Understanding of business metrics to drive performance (cost, schedule, quality).

Working knowledge of Crew Plans Strong communication skills

Experience in aircraft assembly techniques, theory & practice including Finishes & LO Coatings

Experience in aircraft quality standards & the cost of quality concepts

Experience developing process corrections, RCCA, & continuous improvement methodologies
