3972 Procurement Analyst
OVERVIEW:The ideal candidate appreciates partnering with our Government customers and their intelligence and cybersecurity stakeholders.GENERAL DUTIES:* Lead problem definition, analysis, requirements development, and implementation for complex systems, offering guidance across technical, managerial, and administrative aspects.* Assist in identifying and evaluating manpower and IT capability needs across the mission portfolio to ensure alignment with operational requirements.* Contribute to the development and drafting of acquisition documents and related materials, and support program analyses including business, cost, and sustainability analyses.* Offer subject matter expertise, coordinate tasks and projects among internal and external stakeholders, and provide recommendations for organization-wide system improvements and optimization across various technical specialties.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Five or more years experience supporting Government acquisition for software, hardware and related services.
* Experience working with technical requirements experts to define clear procurement specifications and rationale.
* Experience with Department of Defense procurement processes.
* Experience with FAR and CPSR (Contract Purchasing System Review)
* Experience in analyzing requirements, units of measure, annual usage, and costs.
* Skilled in developing and drafting acquisition documents and related materials.
* Experience coordinating recurring Government review and approvals. - Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Clearance: Polygraph within last 5 years
* Education: Bachelor's degree.
* Certification: Cyber Security Analyst (CySA+) or equivalent
* Ten or more years experience supporting Government acquisition for software, hardware and related services.
* Customer Service experience anticipating customer needs, and coordinating meetings and reporting across Government and contractor stakeholders.
* Customer awards or kudos for excellent service.

* TS/SCI minimum
