We're hiring a Large Format Print & Sign Production Specialist to support high-quality output across signage, vinyl graphics, and custom print projects. This is a full-time, on-site role working with industry-standard large format equipment in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do: Operate large format printers (roll-to-roll, UV flatbed, vinyl) Perform finishing work including laminating, trimming, mounting, and bindery Prepare and review print files for accuracy and production readiness Assist with vinyl application, signage assembly, and occasional installation Work with a variety of substrates including banners, rigid boards, and vehicle graphics Maintain production equipment and ensure consistent output quality Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and customer expectations What We're Looking For: 2+ years of experience in large format print, sign production, or similar environment Familiarity with equipment such as wide format printers, laminators, and cutting devices Understanding of vinyl application and large format finishing techniques Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once Reliable, team-oriented mindset with a solid work ethic Basic computer and math skills Compensation & Schedule: $17-$20 per hour , based on experience Full-time, consistent hours Opportunity to grow with a stable, locally focused business Why This Role Stands Out: You'll be part of a small, collaborative team where your work directly contributes to finished products seen throughout the community.
