Plant Manager

The Judge Group is seeking a Plant Manager for a manufacturing company in Hammond, IN.

Title: Plant Manager

Location: Hammond, IN

Salary: $130,000-$150,000

Responsibilities:

Coordinates daily, weekly, & monthly activities and supervise the activities of the leadmen and their operators on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

Confers with management personnel to establish production and quality control standards, develop budget and cost controls, and to obtain data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products ordered.

Qualifications:

BS in Chemistry or Engineering

5+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience

Experience with applicable EPA and OSHA regulations including PSM

Experience with reactive chemistry and control systems

Experience with SAP

Strong computer skills with emphasis on data analysis

Experience with VPC

Excellent analytical skills and ability to work independently

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
