CNC Machinist G/M Code

Job Summary

FlexForce Pros is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for a long-term opportunity in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who can independently set up, operate, and program CNC machines, work from blueprints, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and attendance. Candidates should be comfortable machining challenging materials and making code adjustments to meet precision requirements.

Job Duties

• Set up, operate, and program CNC machines

• Read and modify G & M code

• Read blueprints and use measuring instruments

• Machine difficult materials

• Follow work instructions and safety standards

Minimum Requirements:

Education

• High School Education or GED required

Knowledge & Skills

• 8+ years CNC experience

• Ability to read blueprints and measuring tools

• Reliable attendance

• English required

Preferred

• Multi-Axis CNC experience is a plus

• CAD/CAM or Mastercam experience is a plus

Schedule

• Full-time

• MondayFriday

• 8-hour shifts (10-hour shifts when busy)

• Weekends as needed

• 40+ hours per week

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods

• Ability to lift 40 pounds regularly without assistance

• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

Work Authorization

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
