Pay Rate: $23$25 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift: MondayFriday, 7:00AM3:45PM or 2nd Shift: MondayThursday, 4:00PM3:00AM

Were hiring 1st & 2nd shift Manufacturing Programmer/Technicians positions for our client in Gray, a leader in electronics manufacturing. These roles pay $23$25 per hour and are, longterm, temp-to-hire opportunities with potential for growth.

This position is a hands-on, highly technical role where you will program, operate, and optimize repair and rework equipment while serving as the primary expert for equipment performance, repair processes, and linedown troubleshooting. If you enjoy a blend of technical skill, problemsolving, and process improvement, this is a great opportunity.

• Operate and optimize repair and rework equipment to ensure efficient performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for equipment performance issues and process troubleshooting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

• 2year electronics degree + 4 years of direct experience, or 8+ years in an equivalent technical role
• Training or experience with lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma
• Strong familiarity with Surface Mount Technology (SMT/SMD) machinery (strongly preferred)
