PROMAN Staffing is hiring a Materials Prep & Production Technician to support daily production operations in a manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in staying organized, and follows processes carefully. Attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety are essential. Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:30AM - 3:30PM Location: Desloge, MO Wage: $16.50 Responsibilities Weigh and prepare materials according to production specifications Clean parts and drums following company procedures Load and unload racks as part of the production process Label and package finished products accurately Complete production logs and batch records Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE Assist with general production support tasks as needed Requirements Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift and move materials as needed Comfortable working in an industrial environment Reliable and dependable attendance Preferred Qualifications Experience with material prep or batch documentation Experience in a production or warehouse setting Familiarity with basic quality control processes Why This Role Stable, long-term opportunity Hands-on, team-oriented environment Opportunity to grow within production operations Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance
