We are hiring entry-level technicians to clean, inspect, and repair precision parts used in semiconductor equipment.

This is a hands-on role where you will work with tools, follow step-by-step instructions, and learn technical skills in a manufacturing environment. No prior semiconductor experience is required training will be provided.

What You Will Do:

Clean and prepare parts using tools and approved chemicals

Inspect parts for damage, wear, or defects

Perform basic repair and reassembly work

Follow clear work instructions and safety procedures

Support team production and quality goals

(These parts are called ESC - Electrostatic Chucks - used in semiconductor manufacturing.)

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Manufacturing or technician experience preferred but not required

- Ability to perform hands-on and physical tasks

- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

- Reliable attendance and commitment to long-term employment

This position is a direct hire. No staffing agency.
