CNC Operator

Our Newport, NH client is seeking experienced CNC Operators on 1st and 2nd shift. This full-time, direct-hire role offers optional overtime, comprehensive benefits, and a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities of the CNC Operator

* Operate CNC lathes and mills to produce quality parts

* Troubleshoot and optimize complex jobs

* Write CNC programs

* Design new fixtures, quality plans, and training for new projects

* Research and implement continuous improvements to tooling, processes, and methods

* Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications of the CNC Operator * High school diploma or equivalent and 10+ years of experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience * Attention to detail * Proficient with manufacturing computer software applications * Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills * Ability to establish priorities, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Openings are available on 1st shift working Monday through Friday from 6:00am-2:30pm or 2nd shift from 2:30pm-11:00pm.
