SUMMARY: Directs the day-to-day functions of Powerex Manufacturing Operations by supervising, directing, and motivating staff. Organizing and monitoring workflow to ensure all efficiency and quality goals have been met.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, motivate, and develop production employees to meet operational and quality objectives
Plan, schedule, and assign work to meet production goals and delivery commitments
Monitor production performance, analyze data, and report operational results
Enforce quality standards and ensure compliance with company procedures
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate employees, including performance management and corrective action when necessary
Identify and resolve production issues, personnel concerns, and process inefficiencies
Review and correct manufacturing routers, bills of material, and assembly drawings as needed
Drive cost improvement initiatives and continuous process improvements
Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, supply chain, and other departments to support company objectives

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Operations, Management, or a related field
Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to lead and motivate teams of up to 30 employees
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
Knowledge of manufacturing concepts and production workflows
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Willingness to work additional hours, including Saturdays
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Split time between manufacturing floor and office environment
Regular use of hands, tools, and equipment; occasional standing, walking, stooping, crouching, or kneeling
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
Occasional travel, including international travel (approximately 101
