Liquid Plant Supervisor

What You'll Do
Lead Daily Operations: Oversee safety, blending, loading/unloading, maintenance, inventory management, and customer coordination end-to-end.
Coordinate Delivery: Work with dispatch and drivers to ensure the right product reaches every customer on time, every time.
Manage Equipment: Maintain tanks, pumps, hoses, mixers, and all related tooling minimize downtime and direct repair priorities.
Develop Your Team: Handle scheduling, task delegation, policy adherence, and support hiring and retention to build a strong, capable crew.
Own Inventory: Oversee incoming product unloading, processing, and stocking of all required materials and additives.
Drive Improvement: Build and maintain SOPs, lead plant projects, and partner with the safety coordinator to protect your people.
What We're Looking For
Experience: Five (5) or more years of experience in agricultural operations, fertilizer plant operations, or a closely related industrial setting, including equipment and system maintenance. Two (2) or more years of experience in a lead, supervisory, or management role with direct responsibility for directing the work of others.
Problem Solver: Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues quickly and confidently.
Organized Leader: Strong ability to prioritize workflows, manage work order sequences, and keep multiple balls in the air.
People Manager: Prior experience leading a team with strong communication and teamwork skills.
Physical Requirements
Comfortable with frequent sitting, standing, and lifting (up to 50 lbs).
Ability to bend, twist, climb, reach, kneel, and crawl frequently.
Standard visual and auditory ability required (with or without correction).
