Die Setter - 4/10 Shift

This is a great opportunity to start a hands-on manufacturing career in a familyowned, climatecontrolled facility where people matter and skills are developed. In this role, you’ll support a variety of production functions—helping keep presses running smoothly, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and learning the fundamentals of tooling and press operations.

This entry-level position offers strong long-term career potential and is viewed as a stepping stone toward earning a Journeyman’s Card as an Eyelet Tool & Die Maker . For motivated individuals, educational assistance may be available based on performance , making this an excellent role for someone looking to grow their skills and build a future in advanced manufacturing.

• Learn to identify tooling and components using proper nomenclature
• Communicate production or tooling concerns to team leaders and support personnel
• Support production and quality requirements in alignment with IATF 16949 standards
• Keep work areas organized, clean, and safe
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment, including:
  • Press functions (coolant, oil, greasing systems)
  • Uncoilers and scrap removal systems
  • Raw material handling and cleanup
• Clean and prepare presses for job setup
• Help manage oil inventory, storage, and recycling systems
• Operate forklifts and overhead hoists ( training provided )

Experience & Education

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Strong problemsolving skills
