- ordering parts/maintenance materials as needed
- procurement of parts through vendor contacts
- receiving items/parts in to the parts room
- maintaining inventory in parts room
- releasing/issuing items/parts and tools from the parts room
- performing administrative tasks related to parts room inventory management
- other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
high school diploma or its equivalent
3 years prior experience in a parts room environment with parts purchasing knowledge
knowledge of the parts purchasing and vendor relationships
knowledge of the parts room in an industrial setting
be at least 20 years old
ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended periods of time
a valid driver's license and authorization to drive a company vehicle (on or before his or her start date in the position)
ability to obtain certification and operate powered industrial equipment
ability to lift a minimum of 65 pounds
successfully complete the following tests (before his or her start date in the position)

Preferred Qualifications
- current Industrial Maintenance associate
- Associate's degree in Business
- 5 years of prior experience in an industrial parts room environment with parts purchasing experience
- knowledge of basic accounting principles and statistical data analysis
- CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager)
