5 Years of semiconductor or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience Ability to lead and motivate a team ASQ Certification for auditing; ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 certifications Excellent listening and communication skills Six sigma green belt certification or higher Knowledge of 8D process Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work and effectively lead a collaborative team environment Experience using SAP and LIMs software.
