To Apply for this Job Click Here A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Process Technician to join their injection molding team at a new facility in Snow Hill. This role will focus on process development and control, mold changes and startups, troubleshooting, and driving improvements in cycle time, cavitation, and scrap reduction. The ideal candidate brings hands-on injection molding experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a sharp eye for part quality. Process Technician Responsibilities Execute the production schedule including mold changes, material changes, and startups Develop, document, and monitor injection molding processes and quality parameters Troubleshoot process issues and ensure part conformance and quality Lead molding improvements targeting cycle time, cavitation, and scrap reduction Support new tooling qualifications, tool sampling, and technical training Participate in lean and continuous improvement initiatives Process Technician Qualifications Hands-on experience setting up molds and processing in injection molding Mechanically inclined with a strong safety orientation Ability to work with injection molding machines, robotics, dryers, hot runner controllers, and overhead cranes Scientific molding certification is a plus Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently Must be able to stand, walk, and lift 50+ lbs in a manufacturing environment Process Technician Benefits Full-time opportunity Competitive salary and 401(k) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance High-impact role in a new facility launch Clear accountability and streamlined reporting structure JOB ID : 174050 #post Brett Hume To Apply for this Job Click Here Apply Now Share This Job Share on Email Share on Linkedin Share on Facebook Share on X Share on Email
