Job Description
Own all aspects of site operations including safety, quality, delivery, labor management, inventory accuracy, and procurement/materials coordination
Maintain cross-functional relationships and execute plans to achieve performance targets and business results
Lead, coach, and develop managers and team leaders to build a culture of respect, accountability, and engagement
Establish and maintain a safe and secure work environment in partnership with EHS
Ensure on-time delivery and expected quality for customer orders through strong daily execution
Build and manage the operating budget; ensure leaders understand and adhere to budget targets
Drive process improvement to optimize throughput, quality, and cost using Lean tools and disciplined problem solving
Maintain inventory accuracy through strong controls, cycle counts, and process adherence
Develop, implement, and sustain standard operating procedures and operating rhythms
Create dashboards, scorecards, and reporting for daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
Evaluate and adopt best practices and operational innovations where they improve results
Manage external partnerships and regional/vendor agreements as needed
Support special projects tied to growth, efficiency, and broader network initiatives
Qualifications
5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, including plant or site-level responsibility
Demonstrated success leading Lean initiatives and continuous improvement in a production environment
Strong understanding of financials, budgeting, and operational KPIs with comfort owning a P&L
Proven people leadership: coaching managers, building teams, creating accountability, and improving performance
Strong root cause analysis and troubleshooting capabilities
Experience using ERP and performance metrics to manage operations
Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
Comfortable working on-site daily in an office setting with regular time supporting the floor
