1st Shift CNC Operator

This is a 1st shift role: Monday - Thursday

• Competitive pay: $18$22 per hour (based on experience)

• Operate CNC milling machines to polish and finish stone surfaces
• Load, run, and navigate program databases for accurate operation
• Perform standard machine shop operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Ensure every part meets required quality specifications
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Minimum 1 year of machining experience preferred
• Detail-oriented self-starter with a positive, problem-solving mindset
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions consistently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Standing, lifting, and moving throughout 812 hour shifts
• Lift/move up to 30 lbs regularly (up to 75 lbs occasionally)
• Operate overhead crane and other shop equipment safely
• Use measuring tools and maintain quality standards
• Work in a fast-paced machine shop environment
