Production Supervisor - 1st Shift

Productiv is seeking a hands-on, Bilingual Production Supervisor to lead kitting and hand-pack operations in our Grapevine, TX facility. This role focuses on supervising people on light - production lines assembling boxes and bags for major brands (e.g., beauty, personal care, consumer goods), not heavy manufacturing or forklift - driven warehouse work.

You will own shift performance for multiple kitting lines: planning labor, hitting piece - rate and one - piece - flow targets, ensuring quality and presentation standards for consumer - facing kits, and building a safe, positive, high - pace environment.dsv+2

• Lead daily kitting and hand - pack production lines assembling boxes and bags for retail and e - commerce customers.indeed+3

Must - Have Experience

• 2+ years in a production leadership role specifically in kitting, hand - pack, co - packing, or light assembly (e - commerce, 3PL, contract packaging, or fulfillment center).indeed+3
• 1+ year supervising or leading teams on production lines (kitting cells, pack lines, or similar).linkedin+2
• Direct experience with high - volume, people - driven production (lines of associates packing, assembling, or re - working product), not heavy equipment or machine - based manufacturing.indeed+2
