- Lead supplier identification, qualification, and selection. (Essential)
- Lead and support request for information, request for proposal, and request for quotation events, bid analysis, and scenario modeling. (Essential)
- Analyze total cost of ownership and develop cost saving recommendations. (Essential)
- Monitor and manage supplier performance using scorecards, internal surveys, service level agreements, and other tools. (Essential)
- Practice solid project management to ensure effective planning and delivery of identified priorities. (Essential)
- Work with Category Management to track realized vs. forecasted savings and maintain a savings pipeline. (Essential)

- Champion change and identify and lead initiatives which drive adoption.
- Partner with Category Management, Operations, and other stakeholders to support category strategies.
- Support implementation of procurement and project management technologies.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policy and contract terms.
- Identify sourcing levers and competitive strategies.
- Benchmark pricing using market research and external indexes.
- Provide insights to procurement leadership for category roadmaps.
- Support corrective action tracking and performance improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Required)
- Master's Degree (Preferred)
- 2 years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain analytics experience (Required)
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong project/program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical and detail-oriented problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to influence without authority and build trust with business partners
- Strong proficiency in Excel, data analytics tools, and procurement technologies
- Ability to develop cost models, total cost of ownership analyses, and supplier evaluation criteria
