Position: Production Supervisor
Adecco Staffing is currently assisting a local client in hiring a Production Supervisor in Bloomington, IL. This is a contract job that lasts 4 months. We are looking for an ideal candidate with 5+ years of supervisor experience with a manufacturing background.
Available Shifts
2nd shift and Some Saturdays
3rd shift and Some Saturdays
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the team members on the production lines
Oversee daily manufacturing operations
Supervise, train, mentor, and discipline production staff
to the Production Manager
Ensure production goals are met efficiently and within quality standards
Ensure that supplies and equipment are available and utilized to perform production tasks effectively
established criteria to resource management on production lines
Manage conflicts between the team members, lead disciplinary meetings, and rmend disciplinary measures to the HR
Provide measures to reduce the number of employees' absences
Provide measures to avoid incidents in the workplace
Work with HR to select personnel and provide evaluation for the new hires
Preferred Background
5 years of supervisor or management experience
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Familiarity with machinery, production processes, and safety protocols.
Strong leadership andmunication skills
Strong team management and interpersonal skills
Stronganizational and time management skills
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot operational issues quickly.
Familiarity with SAP ERP software
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
Pay Details: $6,000.00 to $10,000.00 per month
