Machine Operator We're looking for dependable, hands-on individuals to join our manufacturing team as Machine Operators. As a Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for operating key equipment and transforming raw materials into precision-crafted molds. You'll work from simple blueprints and contribute directly to our production goals. Key Responsibilities Operate table saws, routers, and rotomold machines Interpret and follow basic blueprints to reshape designs into molds Use a tape measure accurately and consistently Lift and move materials up to 50 pounds throughout the shift Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment Qualifications Experience in production, general labor, or machine operation Familiarity with plastic manufacturing is a plus Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills Why Join Us We offer more than just a jobwe provide a supportive environment where you can thrive.
