SHIFT: 2nd: 3:00pm-1:00am (Mon-Thurs) + $8/hr shift differential Weekend : 6:00am-6:00pm (Fri-Sun) + $6/hr shift differential PAY: $27-35/hr What You'll Do Set up and operate a variety of CNC machines with minimal supervision. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain accuracy. Interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure product quality. Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with team leads for resolution. Deburr parts and run production efficiently. Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and machining processes. Perform in-process inspections and maintain documentation. Train team members and contribute to a collaborative shop culture. Keep your work area clean and follow all safety protocols. Report equipment or job-related concerns to the Team Leader. What You Bring 3+ years of CNC machine operating experience in a job shop setting. Strong blueprint reading and measuring instrument skills. Ability to work independently or with consistent oversight. Experience with tight tolerances in Aerospace or Medical Device industries is a plus.
