Machine Operator Metal Fabrication

Key Responsibilities:
Learn how to read blueprints and technical drawings (training provided)
Assist in the setup and operation of:
CNC punch presses
CNC laser cutters
Press brakes
Saws, lathes, mills, and rollers
Deburring and polishing equipment
Support manufacturing of custom metal parts based on detailed instructions
Measure and mark materials using basic tools
Help ensure quality by inspecting parts and reporting issues
Keep machines and your workspace clean and organized
Learn how to document production results using simple shop floor systems
Work closely with experienced team members to improve processes and stay safe

Preferred Qualifications
A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
Ability to work on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable using hand tools and tape measures
Basic computer skills a plus
Prior exposure to mechanical tools, shop classes, or hobby metalwork is a bonus
Forklift experience is nice to have, but not required
