Electromechanical Technician

About the Role

Join our maintenance team and help keep our plant running at peak performance. Youll install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide variety of electrical and mechanical systemsminimizing downtime and supporting continuous improvement.

Schedule: First shift 6:00am-6:00pm on a 3-2-2-3 schedule (three days on, two days off, two days on, three days off)

What You Bring

• Technical degree, journeymans card, or 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (electrical/mechanical).

• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and specifications.

• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, controls, and theory.

• Hands-on troubleshooting skills with electrical/mechanical testing equipment.

• Experience using hand tools, precision measuring tools, and welding/torch equipment.

• Solid math skills (algebra, trigonometry, geometry).

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Nice to Have

• Allen Bradley or Siemens PLC/Drive experience.

• AC/DC motor maintenance.

• HVAC certification or maintenance experience.

• Advanced hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting.

What Youll Do

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on complex equipment.

• Diagnose and repair control systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC systems.

• Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and manuals.

• Install, update, and maintain wiring and system components.

• Support training programs and help improve processes.

• Maintain accurate records and follow safety, quality, and environmental procedures.

Physical Requirements
Frequent standing/walking; occasional sitting, lifting up to 35 lbs (and occasionally over 100 lbs with assistance). Ability to meet physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
