We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator on 2nd shift, in Lancaster, PA.

Machine Operators start out at least $21/hr, based on experience, and receive a $3/hr shift differential.

At High Steel Service Center, our Machine Operators work four (4) 10-hour days: Monday - Thursday from 3:00 pm - 1: 30 am.

The successful hire must be flexible and available to train on 1st shift for 3-6 months, before moving to 2nd shift.

Overtime may be required on Fridays from 3:00 pm - 9:30 pm, as well as occasional Saturdays from 6:00 am - 3:00 pm.

Our next team members will possess the following educational and work experiences:

High school diploma or GED required

Strong mechanical ability required

Excellent math, measurement, and recordkeeping skills required

Ability to operate material handling equipment (overhead crane, side loader & forklift) required

Computer literacy needed to keep accurate inventory records and for light data entry

Knowledge of coil processing preferred.
