Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in residential and light commercial HVAC installations

Ability to install HVAC equipment in accordance with manufacturer's specifications and local codes

Experience with Mini splits, boilers, tankless water heaters, and combi boilers

Proficient in duct installation and repair (flex and metal)

Knowledge of flues, line sets, condensate drains, and wiring (low and high voltage)

Reclaiming refrigerant and adjusting system parameters

Basic diagnosis of HVAC systems

EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certification

Valid driver's license

Strong communication and attention to detail

High School diploma or equivalent
