Flex Operator**

Location: Georgetown, Kentucky

Industry: Automotive Plastics Manufacturing

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Execute material, mold, and version changes with precision.

+ Prepare and assemble nozzles and nozzle blocks for optimal performance.

+ Maintain cleanliness of presses and surrounding areas.

+ Actively participate in safety briefings and team communications.

+ Provide critical support during production surges, vacations, and overtime.

+ Step in as needed for Relief and Production Operators.

+ Perform daily system audits: mold pre-stage, water line checks, 5S, and DEC.

+ Collaborate on preventive maintenance for injection molding tools and equipment.

**Essential Skills**

+ Hands-on experience in assembly, inspection, and machine operation.

+ Skilled in reading blueprints, using tape measures, and troubleshooting.

+ Proficient with power tools, forklifts, and hand tools.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and packing skills.

**Additional Qualifications**

+ Prior manufacturing experience highly preferred.

+ Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a warm, fast-paced environment.

+ Strong interpersonal skills: ambition, eagerness, and a team-first attitude.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
