Braider Operator - 2nd Shift | West Palm Beach, FL Join a team where precision meets purpose we're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Braider Operator to help power the future of cable manufacturing. What You'll Do Operate and maintain a bank of 12- and 24-carrier braiding machines. Load and unload take-up reels, resupply core materials, and ensure smooth machine operation. Detect and correct issues like broken wires or empty reels to keep production flowing. Perform light maintenance (replace pawls, sleeves, ratchets) and report larger issues. Keep accurate production and scrap reports. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. What You Bring High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role preferred. Ability to read blueprints and follow written/verbal instructions. Strong math and measuring skills (fractions, tape measure, etc.). Physically able to lift 25-50 lbs and stand for long periods. Self-motivated, dependable, and safety-conscious.
