Electro Mechanical Industrial Mechanic- 2nd shift

Volt has partnered with a top manufacturing plant in Irvine to help identify an Electro-Mechanical Industrial Mechanic for immediate hire.

As an Electro-Mechanical Industrial Mechanic you will

• Safely install, maintain, repair, move, replace, modify, upgrade, troubleshoot, diagnose, adjust, calibrate, and perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment used in production, laboratory, office and utility areas
• Troubleshoot, repair, and adjust production mechanical and electrical components and equipment
• Troubleshoot, repair and adjust plant mechanical and electrical components and equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance procedures on production, facility and safety equipment
• Use a variety of hand tools, power tools

Position is temp to hire and working on the 2 nd shift (1pm – 9:30pm). However you must be able to train on 1 st shift (4am – 1:30pm). Overtime and weekends required as needed. Position is temp to hire.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance mechanic experience
• Manufacturing equipment experience; gearbox rebuild experience; pneumatic experience, machining experience, troubleshooting experience and mixer repair experience is all ideal.
• Be able to pass a 7 year criminal background check and drug test

Pay Rate: $30-31/hr
