Industrial Maintenance Electrician Job Description We are seeking dedicated Maintenance Engineers to join our team onsite. The role involves performing mechanical and electrical repairs and troubleshooting on machines. This is a long-term contract position with the potential to transition into a permanent role. Responsibilities Conduct mechanical and electrical repairs on onsite machinery. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automated machinery. Utilize PLC troubleshooting skills effectively. Perform maintenance tasks within a manufacturing environment. Need to be able to proficiently troubleshoot/repair/rewire (without training) 3 phase 480 volt motors, AC/DC motor controls, VFD's, servos, photo eyes, relays, switches, control panels, and of course mechanical systems on manufacturing machinery. D This is not an install job (NEED to have a industrial maintenance experience). Need experienced industrial maintenance electricians that also know the mechanical side of maintenance on production machines. Essential Skills Proficiency in electrical repairs and troubleshooting. Experience as a maintenance technician. Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics. Expertise in PLC troubleshooting. Work Environment The role is based in a food manufacturing company, requiring adherence to specific industry standards. Shifts available are 6pm-6am. The work environment is hands-on and involves direct interaction with manufacturing equipment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00/hr.
