We are in search of a Machine Operator/General Laborer to support the main production line department. As a Machine Operator/General Laborer you will perform essential functions in a food manufacturing facility.
Ideal schedule is 10pm-6:30am. Must be available to work overtime and weekends.

What will you do:
Do you enjoy keeping busy and physical work? Are you comfortable doing repetitive work? As a Machine Operator/General Laborer , youll have the opportunity to be instrumental in the main production line department.

Machine Operator/General Laborer Top responsibilities:

• Learns how to safely operates plant equipment and to monitors all Key Process Measures (KPMs) to ensure equal distribution to feed belts for maximum flow rates.
  Meets all required quality attributes while meeting schedule targets as required by the production schedule.
• Participates in setting-up monitors and makes operational adjustments to production equipment such as case formers, receiving, bar-coding, scales, packaging, and palletizing equipment to ensure that quality and production scorecard targets are met.
• Coordinates flow of meats from packaging bins to carton fill scales by proper count per ounce selection and monitors product packaging and labeling requirements.
  Supports the continuous workflow during the shift and uses a variety of machinery (forklifts, scales, bar-coders, label makers, packaging machines, palletizers, and case formers).

Machine Operator/General Laborer Skills and requirements:

• Ability to work non-traditional work weeks, hours and shifts required i.e.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lb and have good communication skills to understand and take directions and work with others while performing their duties.
• Must have HS Diploma/GED and a valid Drivers License

Ideal schedule is 10pm-6:30am. Must be available to work overtime and weekends.
Compensation: $25.25
