Machine Operator Job Description As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting and preparing your machine for each production run while monitoring production to ensure quality throughout the process. Responsibilities Check parts to ensure they match the Bill of Materials (BOM) and pick list. Assemble products as required. Utilize hand tools and gauges effectively. Operate lift devices for manufacturing processes. Work with or be trained on multiple machines. Essential Skills Experience in machine operation, including injection molding and CNC machine operation. Ability to work with production machinery. Knowledge of blueprints and mechanical aptitude. Proficiency in using hand tools, tape measures, calipers, and forklifts. General production and assembly skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in setting up injection mold machines. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Sanford, North Carolina. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.36/hr.
