Production Operator

Production Worker 3d Shift 19.50/hr Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Production Worker where you will play an essential role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for pre-labeling bags and feeding them into the bagger, ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production line. With a focus on precision and attention to detail, you will operate various machinery including panning machines, extrusion lines, and crunch lines. Responsibilities Pre-label bags and feed them into the bagger system. Understand and operate the bagger system software, performing light maintenance as needed. Ensure bags are properly sealed and weigh products to meet quality standards. Operate panning machines, extrusion lines, crunch lines, and packaging equipment. Mix, batch, pan, and pack products. Lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily operations. Essential Skills Mechanical aptitude. Experience in packing, palletizing, visual inspection, machine operating, and blending. Ability to mix, blend, label, and stack products. Additional Skills & Qualifications Preferably at least 6 months of manufacturing experience, particularly in food manufacturing. Work Environment Work in a clean, well-lit food manufacturing facility where health and safety guidelines are paramount. Expect a fast-paced environment with significant standing. Contractors must wear hairnets, beard nets, steel-toed shoes, and lab coats. The climate-controlled facility can reach up to 100 degrees due to machinery and ovens, and the environment may become dusty. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, Missouri. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.50/hr.
