QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience – 1-2 years manufacturing, will train to specific tasks.

Education – High School Diploma or GED

Physical Requirements – must be willing and able to stand for 8 hours, lift up to 25lbs, ability to stay on task and not wander.

Position Summary:

The production assembler position is in the bellows department.

Essential Functions:

• Performs a variety of repetitive and non-repetitive tasks
• Run an RF welding machine
• Use of a clicker press and dies to cut materials.
• Works from diagrams and drawings
• Daily tasks will change based on the work that needs to be done.
• Focus and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to quality.
• Selected members will be required to work closely with others on the team to complete repetitive tasks to support the assembly of a given product line.
• Must be able to read a ruler to the 32nd.
• Ability to read prints/instructions a plus but will train the right candidate.
• Must have attention to details
• Must have transportation.
