This position is responsible for the set-up, operation, and basic maintenance of Amada press brake machines to produce precision sheet metal parts in accordance with engineering drawings, quality standards, and production schedules. Key Responsibilities: Set-Up and Operation Set up Amada press brake machines for production runs using work instructions and blueprints. Select proper tooling and program machine settings to meet part specifications. Adjust and align tooling as needed for optimal performance and accuracy. Operate the press brake to bend, form, and fabricate metal parts to tight tolerances. Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, protractors. Ensure all parts meet quality standards and make adjustments as necessary. Documentation Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all company safety protocols and PPE requirements. Qualifications: Experience: 4+ years of experience operating and setting up Amada or similar CNC press brakes (e.g., RG, HFE, HD NT, or HRB series). Principals only.
