As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality parts using manual and automatic injection molding machines. You won’t just push buttons — you’ll contribute to process improvement, training, and work instruction development , making a real impact on our operations.

• Operate molding machines and inspect parts for quality according to QIP standards
• Keep material hoppers filled and operate presses manually when required
• Perform part separation, runner disposal, and proper labeling and packing
• Maintain accurate production records
• Help write work instructions and assist in training fellow operators
• Suggest improvements in tooling, process, or equipment
• Keep your workstation clean, safe, and organized
• Participate in ongoing training and uphold company safety standards
• Support PlastiCert’s commitment to innovation and excellence
  
  

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good physical condition, capable of lifting 45+ lbs
• Strong attention to detail for visual inspection of parts
• Basic PC skills
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
