Production Supervisor Job Description Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the production team, providing technical expertise for complex issues and ensuring an efficient production flow. Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise the daily activities, setting priorities for the production team. Provide technical expertise for complex issues. Ensure effective and efficient production flow. Achieve all production objectives through proper planning to meet production schedules and deliver high-quality products. Apply hands-on experience in industrial electrical, mechanical, compressed gas systems, and production. Maintain necessary records and documents of production work performed. Interact effectively with difficult and sensitive personnel situations using good judgment. Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials within the production department. Maintain a safe and clean working environment to ensure the safety of all employees. Lead and direct work for a team of employees as defined by business needs. Manage staff selection, performance, development, and training processes to ensure team competencies and capabilities to reach business goals and expectations. Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is required. May need to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and additional hours as necessary. Other responsibilities as assigned. Essential Skills Experience in production supervision and management. Skills in continuous improvement and assembly. Proficiency in handling general labor and packaging tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications Hands-on experience in industrial electrical and mechanical systems. Knowledge of compressed gas systems. Why Work Here?
