What You'll Do Operate turret machines (Amada EMK2 and others) with precision and care Load sheet metal and monitor machine performance Inspect finished products to meet quality standards Perform machine setups and learn advanced programming skills Collaborate with team members and contribute to a high-performance shop Your Qualifications Minimum of 6 months experience in machine operation Ability to read blueprints and use precision measurement tools Familiarity with turret, break press, and punch press machinery Exposure to laser cutting technologies and sheet metal fabrication a plus Work Environment Spacious and well-lit shop with 7 new break press machines and 8 welding bays Organized inventory system for seamless production flow Positive, safety-oriented culture with mentorship and growth potential Compensation & Perks Competitive pay ($21-$23/hour based on experience) Career development through hands-on training Clean, well-equipped shop designed for productivity Potential benefits upon conversion (health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO) Apply Now! Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
