Senior Sourcing Specialist

Kforce has a client in Columbus, OH that is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and hiring managers to source and recruit talent to meet the client's growing and evolving organizational and workforce planning needs
• Sourcing Specialist employs proactive recruitment strategies, mining for talent to create pipelines of qualified candidates in multiple geographic areas
• Develops extensive pools of highly qualified, diverse candidates to fill current and future needs
• Works with hiring managers to ensure accurate understanding of job requirements and expectations
• Assists with research on the talent markets to determine the supply vs demand, competitor intelligence and best places to find talent
• Builds applicant sources and implements creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified prospects utilizing our digital online platforms that includes but is not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed resume database, etc.
• Promotes a consistent company brand to candidates and applicants
• Uses hiring and sourcing statistics to continually improve in making informed decisions
• Develops and maintains professional relationships with college, university and community college placement offices as a source to generate qualified applicants
• Schedules and attends job/career fairs with appropriate staff to generate qualified applicants
• Sources and refers qualified candidates to Talent Acquisition Specialists for consideration* Business acumen
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
