Position Senior Planner/Master Scheduler
Location Carson, CA onsite

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the master production schedule based on demand forecasts, sales orders, and inventory targets.
Collaborate with procurement, production, and engineering teams to ensure schedule alignment and timely material availability.
Analyze capacity and resource constraints and adjust schedules to optimize throughput and minimize delays.
Lead daily production planning meetings and communicate status updates and risks.
Generate work orders, monitor WIP, and coordinate material flow throughout the supply chain.
Monitor and report key metrics including schedule adherence, lead time accuracy, and inventory turnover.
Support new product introduction (NPI) planning and ramp-up execution.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within planning and scheduling processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in supply chain management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years experience in production planning, master scheduling, or materials management within aerospace, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing environments
Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
Deep understanding of BOM structuring, lead times, capacity planning, and demand management.
Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environment
Preferred: APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
Additional Desired Qualifications
Experience with UAV, aerospace, or defense production planning.
Familiarity with ISO9001/AS9100 standards.
Prior involvement in scaling production or transitioning from prototype to volume manufacturing.
Knowledge of export control (ITAR/EAR) considerations in material planning)
