Agricultural Equipment Operator

1) Operate farm equipment to plant, cultivate, and harvest crops; (2) operate, maintain, and repair agricultural equipment including tractor, truck, and other heavy machinery; (3) assist with facility organization including reviewing logistics, unloading/receiving freight, organizing and recording inventory/records, and reviewing time management to optimize production; (4) procurement of grain; (5) maintain rolling stock, grain handling facilities, and ag input facilities; (6) train and oversee employees to increase the productivity of the company and safety of all employees; and (7) perform related agricultural equipment operator duties.
