Join Our Team as a Production Operator Jeffersonville, IN| Contract to Hire|+ Double Time on Sundays What You'll Be Doing Step into a hands-on role where you'll help power a modern, automated manufacturing facility. As a Production Operator, you'll: Load lightweight fabric into press machines (under 15 lbs) Unload finished products and recycled excess materials Perform quick visual quality checks Assemble small components into fabric Support your team in hitting daily production goals What You Bring We're looking for someone who's reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow.
