Horizontal Machining Center Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced operator for a horizontal machining center. This role requires proficiency in operating milling machines and conducting inspections in a dynamic job-shop environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate CNC milling machines with precision.
+ Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings.
+ Perform routine inspections using micrometers, calipers, and go/no-go gauges.
+ Troubleshoot and change tooling as needed to ensure quality machining.
+ Maintain high standards of machining and adhere to production schedules.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in milling operations.
+ Proficiency in operating CNC machines, specifically CNC mills.
+ Experience with Fanuc controls.
+ Ability to conduct inspections and ensure quality using various gauges and measurement tools.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Strong ability to troubleshoot and make adjustments to tooling.
+ Knowledge of machining processes and inspection techniques.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
