**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator for the swing shift to utilize CNC machinery in the production of high-quality components. This position involves operating hand tools, lathes, stamping presses, and other CNC machines, as well as using measuring instruments to verify the quality of the produced components.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate and maintain CNC machinery and other equipment such as lathes and stamping presses.

+ Utilize hand tools to assist in the production process.

+ Employ measuring instruments like micrometers and calipers to ensure component quality.

+ Interpret and follow blueprints to guide machine operation and production processes.

+ Perform general labor duties related to machine operation and production.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience in CNC machine operation.

+ Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.

+ Ability to interpret and work from blueprints.

+ Strong basic math skills.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ General understanding of production and manufacturing processes.

+ Experience in machine setup and operation.

**Work Environment**

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mead, Washington.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
