CNC Operators Needed in Lee's Summit Job Description We are seeking a skilled and dependable CNC Lathe and Mill Operator to join our precision machining team. This role involves setting up and operating CNC lathes and milling machines to produce high-quality metal and plastic components according to engineering specifications. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC lathes and milling machines. Load raw materials and monitor machining operations. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions. Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools. Make machine adjustments to maintain part quality and tolerances. Deburr and clean finished parts as needed. Maintain accurate production and inspection records. Perform routine machine maintenance and report issues. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Shift 2nd shift 3:15pm - 1:45am M-TH Work Environment Work in a facility equipped with advanced CNC technologies, operating primarily in the evenings from Monday to Thursday. Enjoy a structured environment with a focus on safety and cleanliness, where standard protective attire is required. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00/yr.
