About the Role:
As an Inspection & Repair Operator, you'll work closely with the engineering team to implement and support electronic manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include equipment troubleshooting, developing and maintaining process documentation, and training production staff on quality and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with Engineering to implement and optimize electronics manufacturing processes, including automation, 3D fixture design, and Kaizen projects.
-Develop and maintain detailed work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
-Train production staff on new equipment, processes, and quality standards.
-Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electronics manufacturing equipment.
-Troubleshoot process and equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure product quality.
-Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield, efficiency, and reliability.
-Ensure compliance with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols and other industry regulations.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
--Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
--Hands-on experience with AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) and functional test systems.
--Familiarity with ESD-safe practices and cleanroom protocols.

Must Haves:
- 2+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing or process support.
- Strong technical writing and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with MES/ERP systems is a plus.
- Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, handle small components, and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to work that requires repetitive motion. The employee is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
