CNC Operator**
**Job Description**
As a CNC Operator, you will be working on either CNC Mills or Lathes, depending on your skill level. If you possess setup skills, you will be responsible for setting up and running mills and lathes, including Doosan and other machines. Operators will focus on operating the machines that perform various machining operations such as turning, boring, facing, and threading parts like castings, forgings, and bar stock, following setup by a machinist.
**Responsibilities**
+ Load, unload, and change out tools for CNC machines.
+ Operate CNC Mills and Lathes to perform machining operations.
+ Learn and progress towards performing machine setups in the long term.
+ Use inspection tools like micrometers and calipers to ensure precision.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with CNC Mills, Lathes, and machining operations.
+ Proficiency in using inspection tools such as micrometers and calipers.
+ Familiarity with Doosan, Fanuc, Haas, and machine setup processes.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Good soft skills and teamwork capabilities.
+ Familiarity with machining processes and operations.
