**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Responsibilities:**

- Demonstrates ability to meet production standards on specific

assignments within required time

- Maintains good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned space

- Performs all assignments in accordance with safety specifications,

instructions, and requirements

- Responsible for safety and quality throughout production

- Responsible for notifying a Production Lead or Supervisor when they

step off the line to ensure safety and quality standards are

maintained

- Reports all production waste/issues to the Production Lead or

Supervisor

- Performs other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager

- Follows all company policies and procedures

**Requirements:**

- High School diploma or equivalent

- Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety

training

- Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions

- Troubleshoot problems and report issues

- Must work well in a team environment

**Physical Requirements:**

- Use of hands and fingers to perform job function

- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend and climb minimal, only as needed.

- Ability to lift up to 42lbs

- Plant facility runs 5 days, a week consistently scheduled 6:30am to

5pm Monday to Friday, excluding designated holidays or prearranged

shut down.

- Line production is constant flow.

- Ability to be on feet consistently 8 hours up to a 10 hours per

scheduled shift

- Walking during this standing time in work cell, continuous rotation

based on area assigned.

- Repetitive turning & twisting during production based on area

assigned.

- Reaching above shoulders, hand and wrist repetitive simple grasping

to pick up drum, flip drum for stacking and unloading as needed when

assigned this area.

- Use of hands and fingers to perform job function with hand tools as

needed up to full scheduled shift.

- The work environment is inside, however not temperature controlled.

Exposed to both heat and cold depending on the daily weather

conditions outside, and station working at.

- The ability to wear all required personal protective equipment for

the position they are assigned to each day. This equipment can

include some or all: hard hat, ear plugs, safety glasses, face

shield, steel toed boots, cut resistant gloves, cut resistant

sleeves, apron, and/or Tyvek hazmat suit.
