We're looking for a Production Operator to join our growing team and help bring delicious products to life in a world-class food manufacturing facility. What You'll Be Doing: Pre-label and feed bags into the bagger system like a pro. Operate and understand bagger system software and perform light maintenance. Ensure every bag is sealed, weighed, and up to standard . Work across various production lines panning, extrusion, crunch, and packaging . Mix, batch, pan, and pack products with precision. Lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet in a dynamic, hands-on role. What You Bring: Experience in packing, palletizing, machine operation, and visual inspection . Mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic. At least 6 months of manufacturing experience (food industry preferred). A drive to grow and advance within the company.
